Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for supporting the mission of I Am About My Father's Business Inc. Because our merchandise directly supports our organizational programming and operations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyers' remorse, incorrect sizing choice, or change of mind.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the quality of our apparel. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund only if the item you received falls under one of the following categories:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The incorrect item, size, or design was shipped to you due to an error on our part.

Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under these specific exceptions, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags must remain attached to the garment.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to report the issue.

How to Initiate a Return Case

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not mail it back immediately. Please email our support team at admin@aboutmyfathersbusiness.org with the following information:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photograph displaying the damage or the incorrect item/size received.

Once we inspect the photo and verify the error, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item (at no cost to you) and will immediately dispatch your correct replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
